It’s about creating not just stunning images, but a lasting memory of the joy, intimacy, and significance of their celebration. I know you are dreaming of those breathtaking, candid moments that tell YOUR unique story, and I want to capture it in a way that feels personal, authentic, and true to who you are as a couple. From timeline building, to yap sessions, to sending me random tiktoks you come across, I will be your wedding photography fairy godmother.
My style is deeply authentic, non traditional, and observational. It brings out the raw emotions of the day from the intimate glances to the candid laughter of you, and your guests. I focus on the subtlety, it is what makes me different. While I will spend time posing you and making sure you have your “must have” photos, most of the day will be spent as a fly on the wall. I use color, lighting, and crops to elicit emotion and infuse feeling into every shot, as to create an experience more than just a photo. With my background in social work and years working in the field, I have a keen intuition for reading and connecting with each and every person behind my lens. I also have a deep rooted empathy that allows me to focus on what you are feeling as well as why you are feeling it. While technique is important, it is only a fraction of what wedding photography entails. It requires confidence, awareness, and connection. Your story is being told by someone you trust to tell it exactly as it is. Each photo is representative of you, your love, your story, and therefore cannot be recreated by any other photographer or with any other client in front of my lens. They are just that, yours.
Inquiry form submitted
My form includes any information I need to know to come into our call making sure your story will be told in it’s entirety. It allows me to ask questions to make sure that I truly see you as you are.
Video Consultation
Think about this truly just like a yap session. We will chat about life, experiences, your day, but mainly just hang out. This allows us both the chance to connect before having to get into the nitty gritty. We will also talk numbers and contract nearing the end to make sure we’re on the same page.
Sharing inspo!
This is when we get into the fun stuff. A pinterest board, tiktok, instagram, or even something from my portfolio will allow us to build a dream engagement session for you as well as plan for your day.
Contract
Just to get the logistics out of the way. This will have all the details we discussed during our phone call and protects us both and spells everything out so that we can make sure no one is missing anything.
Invoice sent
This includes your 25% deposit and then lets you set up your ideal payment plan. I can split it up for you or you can set it up yourself, i am flexible as I know this is a large investment and a HUGE decision.
The fun stuff
This is when we get to really have fun! We do your engagement session, talk timeline, and then get to wedding day!!
After your wedding…
After your day is complete, I spend time developing and getting a handful of sneaks to you the same night! This is normally 5 photos or less just so you have something in your hands that day.
Within 14 days you will have 50-70 full quality sneaks in gallery form! These will hold you over until the next big photo dump and give you all the feels when you get back from your honeymoon or just when those first photos start to get lonely.
Within 8 weeks you will receive a full gallery. Based on the package you choose, normally this is a minimum of 450 photos (not including all your sneaks!) I guarantee 80 photos per hour of shooting so that just depends on your day!
After the after
This is when we say our see ya laters until your anniversary, the next set of minis, your first home, or maternity photos! While i specialize in couples, I started in families and milestones so after your wedding, i hope to become your lifelong friend…. And photographer.
